How to Beat the Flu (and COVID) in 4 Days

We are smack in the middle of cold and flu season, plus we still have COVID on top of it all. The average person deals with cold and flu symptoms for 7 days to >2 weeks. Ain’t nobody got time to feel crumby for 2 weeks! So, here’s our Live Nourished Kick the Flu in 4 Days regime! Our founder actually developed this regime for COVID-19. Turns out it works for both.

 
 

First, Prevention.

The best way to kick the flu fast is every day prevention. You want your body to have everything it needs to fight well and fast BEFORE you get sick. That means flooding your body every single day with 4 main things.

  • Phytonutrients from Juice Plus, These little magic beans are hard to beat.
