Live Nourished Coaching & Training provides Functional Medicine Nutrition Counseling and Wellness Coaching to help our clients go from overweight, exhausted and stressed, to nourished, refreshed and thriving.

The Role:

This position is responsible for CONVERTING leads and opportunities into paying clients. We have a marketing team doing an awesome job bringing in leads. Your job is to follow up on every single lead ASAP, ask them open-ended questions about their life, goals, health, vision, mission and purpose and ultimately to help them see Live Nourished the best option that will get them from where they are at to where they want to be.

Pay & Hours:

  • Commissions primarily. $13-15/hour for tasks other than direct sales calls.

  • FREE health coaching. We believe in practicing what we preach. Therefore our team all gets coaching so you can live YOUR own best life as part of our team.

  • Commission & bonuses: We work hard to serve our members, but know we can only do that if we invest in our employees professionally, financially, physically, socially, and spiritually. We purposefully invest in our employees so that our employees can invest in others. Employees are eligible to receive annual incentive pay based on individual and organizational performance. A sales representative is eligible to receive a commission for lead conversion.

  • Position starts as part-time and has the potential to grow to full-time as company grows (Full time at Live Nourished is ~30 hours/week)

  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule in order to maintain member contacts by telephone or web-based/portal

Training and Certification:

  • High School or equivalent minimum, BA preferred

  • At least 2-year sales experience with a proven track record (preferred)

  • Outstanding phone and written communication skills

  • Applications with conversion metrics will be more highly considered

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Represent Live Nourished Coaching with absolute integrity and honesty. We DO NOT exaggerate to make a sale and refer out if we aren't the right fit for a client.

  • Operate with an abundance mindset--there are more than enough people who need our help, we can refer if we aren't the right fit and we are here to provide value to the people who book calls with us whether or not they become customers.

  • Listen and dig into potential clients' stories, empathize, find the pain point, and show them love, care and interest regardless of if they become clients or not. We make clients by serving, not selling.

  • Represent the CEO and company in a professional and courteous manner in both external and internal communications

  • Getting creative with lead generation.

  • Making connections with local businesses and churches to create a corporate wellness program

  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients

  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

  • Managing already created Facebook and Google ads--strong skills with these platforms, metric tracking and algorithms

  • Understanding and promoting company programs.

  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.

  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.

  • Maintaining client records.

  • Answering client questions about programming, pricing, etc...

  • Knowing and having strong responses to common objections

  • Onboarding new clients and helping them get familiar with our system

  • Client customer service: follow up, checking in, answering questions, going above and beyond when needed

  • Social media management, replying to messages, possibly posting and writing content.

  • Excellent organization and management skills: With minimal input help CEO systematize and organize company operations, prepare spreadsheets, recurring documents, recurring due dates, etc.

  • Scheduling-ensuring all clients are scheduled for their initial consult after sign up.

  • Travel as needed to off-site meetings/host booths to bring in more clients (rare).

  • Attends all required organization meetings and participates fully and earnestly

  • Takes ownership of your position and crucial role

  • All other duties as assigned
